Solar photovoltaic installations in Ontario are regulated activities. Any installation performed by Light Breeze Energy Solutions is subject to the following conditions and dependencies, which will be addressed in detail in your formal installation agreement:

• All electrical work associated with solar installations requires a permit issued by the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) of Ontario. Installation is contingent on ESA permit approval.
• Installations may also require building permits issued by the City of Toronto or the applicable local municipality. Light Breeze Energy Solutions will advise you of all required permits as part of the formal proposal process.
• Connection to the electrical grid (net metering) requires approval from your local distribution company (LDC). Approval timelines and eligibility are determined by the LDC and are outside our control.
• We make no warranty or representation that any permit, grid connection approval, or incentive program approval will be granted. All estimates are contingent on receiving the necessary approvals.

By submitting a quote request or inquiry through this Website, and by entering into any formal installation agreement with us, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner of the property at which installation services are requested, or you have the full legal authority of the property owner to authorize the requested work.
• You have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself and/or the property owner.
• The property information and energy usage data you provide are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You will promptly notify us of any change in property ownership or authorization that occurs prior to the completion of any installation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Light Breeze Energy Solutions from any claim, loss, cost, or liability arising from a breach of the representations set out in this section.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Light Breeze Energy Solutions and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your access to or use of the Website
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your submission of false, inaccurate, or misleading information through any form on the Website
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Any claim that your conduct caused damage to a third party

We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with our defense.

• Pandemics, public health emergencies, or government-ordered closures
• Supply chain disruptions, equipment shortages, or manufacturer delays
• Labour disputes, strikes, or lockouts not involving our own employees
• Government actions, regulatory changes, or permit processing delays
• Power outages, internet or network failures, or other infrastructure disruptions

In the event of a force majeure, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance. Time-sensitive obligations will be extended by the duration of the force majeure event.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
